Ingredients :

  • 1 ¼ lbs of chopped into 3-inch pieces of skirt steak
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 of chopped into quarters of corns
  • 1/3 cup of finely chopped of parsley leaves

  • 1 of minced garlic
  • ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

Instructions :

  • The grill is preheated for direct heat. The steak is seasoned with salt and pepper. Both sides of the steak are grilled until the meat is medium rare. The meat is removed to the cutting board and it is let stand for more or less 10 minutes.
  • The corns are grilled for more or less 6-7 minutes until the corn becomes blistered in spots and crunchily-tender.
